UGAP is a central buying service dedicated to the public sector. Its e-commerce platform is one of the largest on the market, but has not seen any updates for a long time. The goal was to improve the customer experience and particularly the relationship between customers, UGAP and suppliers. My main mission was to design the interface of the future platform and to rethink the entire customer space.
